I want you to know that I am one of many thousands of Americans who are totally fed up with the blatant leftist bias of the news media.

And I want you to know that we are watching the news you produce and pay for closely ... very closely.

We -- the supporters of the Media Research Center’s “TELL THE TRUTH!” 2004 campaign -- don’t expect leftist/liberal reporters to change their spots. Reporters are entitled to be liberals if they want to be.

But we DO expect their bosses -- YOU: the networks’ and newspapers’ management, and the SPONSORS who pay for TV news -- to change your spots.

We expect you to start TELLING THE TRUTH by labeling blatant leftist propaganda as “opinion” or “commentary” instead.

We’ve known for a long time that the dominating liberal faction in the news business is “in the tank” for liberal causes across the board.

In fact, the Media Research Center has recently documented 25 years of surveys which have consistently found that journalists are more liberal than the rest of America...and the growing percentage of the American public who recognize the media’s liberal bias.

That’s the goal of the Media Research Center’s “TELL THE TRUTH!” 2004 campaign, and that’s why I’m supporting it.
