* The MRC’s
Board of Trustees
does not exercise legal control over the organization, nor do they assume any fiduciary responsibilities.
The role of the MRC Trustees is to review the organization’s work and to exercise a critical decision-making role in the direction of the organization. BOT Members review financial and programmatic reports, monthly President’s Reports as well as MRC publications. The participatory and advisory role of the BOT Members is invaluable.
